In an effort to diversify our agricultural pursuits, Hudson Vineyards has begun growing produce and raising pigs and poultry under the name Hudson Ranch. In September 2007, Hudson Ranch hired its first full time employee, Scott Boggs, to manage the new venture. Since that time, Hudson Ranch produce, poultry, and pork has been on the menus of our wonderful restaurant clients and on the dinner tables of families in our community.
